How do I login?

Visit the login page and use your GrowthZone username and password to login.

How do I know what my sales volume is?

Most brokerages provide this information in January for the previous year’s sales. Include sales/listing volume and lease volume in your application. The rules for calculating volume are available under the MMDC link.

What are the award levels in Cobb’s MMDC?

Award levels include:

  • Active (3rd year: Active Life)
  • 10th year: Phoenix
  • 15th year: Crystal Phoenix
  • 20th year: Platinum Phoenix
  • 25th year: Diamond Phoenix
  • 30th year: Gold Phoenix
  • Over 30 years: Solid Gold Club

How many years have I participated in MMDC?

Call the CAR office and ask Member Services to verify. The online application shows the recorded years after you submit. Contact Member Services if you find discrepancies.

Can I get credit for participation in another Board’s MMDC?

Call the CAR office to have Member Services verify your years with your previous board. They can adjust your record in the system accordingly.

What if I am applying as a team, and not as an individual?

Check the “Team” option on the application and list all your licensed assistants in the next box.

How does my sales volume get approved by my broker?

You will select your brokerage and enter your sales and leasing volume when completing the application. Your broker will be notified once the application has been submitted and will verify and approve or decline your application.

What if I have worked for more than one broker this year?

Currently, our application does not support multiple brokers. Select your primary broker when completing the application and enter your sales volume for all brokerages. Make sure you notify your primary broker that your numbers include volume from other brokerages and have your primary broker approve the volume after they verify your numbers from all brokerages.

So we don’t have to get our applications notarized anymore?

Correct. Checking the consent box on the online form acts as your verification.

So we don’t have to attach a report of our sales listed in detail anymore?

Correct, unless there’s a discrepancy or you’re near the top 10. CAR reserves the right to request detailed sales reports in such cases.

Do we have to buy the award (if eligible) or the plates and plaques?

No, these are optional. Some brokers cover the cost, so check with yours before choosing a payment option.

How do I get my photo to CAR for the awards luncheon slideshow?

You will upload your photo as part of the application process. You will be able to update your photo at any time leading up to the event. Be aware that any changes made within a week of the event may require that you notify member services.

How do I RSVP for the awards luncheon, and do I have to buy a ticket?

You can RSVP during the application process. The application fee includes your ticket. Guest tickets can also be purchased during the application process.

How does payment work with the online application?

Payment options:

  • Agent pays via credit card.
  • Broker covers MMDC fees; agent pays for extras.
  • Broker pays all fees; the agent only pays for guest tickets. Brokers paying by check must send it to the CAR office by 5:00 PM on January 20th.
